Terms & Conditions

To register for a Course at Gourav Digital Club, you should be at least 18 years of age.
A student’s registration and enrolment for courses are a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow Gourav Digital Club’s terms and conditions.

Fees Payment

All fees are payable in INR and payment can be made as follows:

By bank transfer directly to our account. Please note that all bank charges must be paid at source, otherwise the student will be charged on arrival. Please email us a copy of the remittance advice. Please indicate the student’s name on the remittance.
By cheque made out to “Gourav Digital Club”
By cash
By Debit/Credit Card/UPI/Netbanking

Cancellations, Refunds & Money-Back Policy

Fees are payable in one stroke as prescribed by the institution.
Registration Charges you pay for the course is non-refundable in any case and not a part of our money-back policy.
Money-back policy is applicable only to those who will attend first four class regularly and they need to take the final decision in their next class by writing an email to institution on support@gouravdigitalclub.com. After 5 classes no fee will be refunded in any case.
Fee refund can only be sought by the students who have already made the full fee payment for admission apart from registration amount and now they don’t want to continue further for whatsoever reason.
If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the prospectus or is a defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is, therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned.
Full fee should be paid within 30 days after commencing your first class.
If, after payment, Gourav Digital Club is unable to provide you a place in our course, a full refund will be ensured.
Students will only receive an end-of-course certificate if their attendance is 70% or more & submit his/her Project Report on time.
Gourav Digital Club may terminate your course in the case of serious misconduct and no fees will be refunded. So you are expected to behave in a suitable way both inside and outside the classroom.

Attendance

Attendance for every session will be taken, and latecomers will not be entertained.
Classes won’t be rescheduled if you miss a lesson, regardless of the reason, unless Gourav Digital Club team has decided to do so.

Life Time Support Policy

Lifetime support is given to those who successfully completed their course in a regular manner and submitted their Project Report at the time of completion of the course.
Lifetime course content will be provided to each and every student who enrolled in the course.
All the students will get their E-Card on their respective emails which they need to be shown at the time of backup or doubt session.
Students need to send a prior notice for any back-up or doubt session by dropping mail on support@gouravdigitalclub.com. Student need to mention their student id in the email to avail this feature.
Subject line of the email must be like:
- For Backup -: [Backup – ‘Module name’- ‘Student ID’]. g- Backup- Social Media Marketing- 03/GDCWE002
- For Doubt Session-: [Doubt Session-‘Module Name’- ‘Student ID’]. g- Doubt Sesssion- Search Engine Optimization- 03/GDCWD001

Photographs and Filming

Classes cannot be filmed or otherwise recorded by any student in any way without the permission (in writing) of the management.
Gourav Digital Club may use film or photographs of students for promotional purposes, discrepancies if any, with their consent.

Others

Gourav Digital Club is strict in following their rules regarding the age bar, but it reserves the right to accept students below the age limit in certain cases.
In case any mishap because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, etc.) occurs in the premises of Gourav Digital Club, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
Students shall keep themselves informed of the instructions issued to them from time to time orally or through notices/ circulars and emails.
In very rare circumstances, the stated maximum class size might be exceeded. If this does happen, it will only be by 5 persons and for a very short period.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to change or cancel the course entirely or partly. In such cases, an alternate course or a refund will be provided.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to change trainers/teachers/faculty/staff at any time during the course.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to refuse application or admission to any applicant before the course begins. The Management is not entitled to give any reason for the rejection. If an enrolment is refused, all paid fees will be refunded.
Students have to pay for any damage caused in the premises in any manner.
